Hi I'm Sarah Weekes and I am the founder of A2BPT.

I believe that fitness is for everyone no matter what age, size or fitness level. My motivation is to achieve your goals.

I am a fully trained personal trainer and have worked with everyone from mums looking to get back in shape, to guys trying to improve their fitness for football, people wanting to lead an active retirement and people of all ages just trying to improve their health. I have extensive and varied experience in everything from boxercise, to spinning classes ,ZUMBA® and a host of different dance classes.

I am fully qualified in a variety of techniques and disciplines so your training programs will be tailored to what you want to do and enjoy. I have an energetic and individual approach to personal training and want to motivate you to change your lifestyle and achieve your results.
